Addendum 3-A: Personnel History

William Foley was recruited into the Foundation as a translator, but his silver tongue and winning nature quickly earned him a reassignment to field work. Proving his value in the Mobile Task Force Pi-1, "City Slickers", Foley demonstrated an uncanny aptitude for not only shutting down unpleasant situations before they got out of hand, but being good enough in a firefight to hold his own if they did turn ugly. A long career awaited him in Pi-1, until Command decided his talents were needed elsewhere, prompting his transfer into Site 23's Security division.

William was transferred to Site 23's Espionage division as of 3/19/2011, due to a personnel shortage within the division.

William is deceased as of early 3/25/2011. Agent Foley was killed in an altercation by fellow Task Force members after exhibiting symptoms of corruption by SCP-029.
