Small survival kit
Addendum 2-A: Notable Character Traits
Mild Luck: Often manages to survive rather deadly situations. This isn't so much from any skill, but as a result of being really good at noticing little details, and really good at dodging, or simply running away.
Accepting: Accepts strange things. This isn't so much "accepts things on face value" but "accepts 'impossible' things or situations when given moderate evidence," especially very strange things.
Friendly: Is fairly outgoing and apparently balanced.
Addendum 2-B: Notable Character Flaws
Transparent: Is entirely transparent, failing any attempt at bluffing (if anything, people assume he's joking). What you get is what you see. This might not be such a problem except for the fact he's supposed to be a secret agent dammit. This can sometimes serve as an advantage, but he's obviously not a good choice to send on an urban recovery mission.
Static: Has been accepting of strange things and vaguely friendly for many years, despite being witness to some of the worst things the Foundation has encountered or done. Has lost many friends and coworkers with little to no apparent damage. People die, or worse. Smile.
Shallow: As a result, does not make deep relationships. His friendliness is genuine, but entirely shallow.
Addendum 3-A: Personnel History
Agent Haykes was born in southwest Minnesota in 19██, attended community college, becoming a police officer at the age of twenty-one. During his time at the academy, he briefly caught the eye of a recruiter. Four years later, after some review and evidence of continued skill and levelheadedness, he was tentatively brought into the Foundation, and instated as a full agent seven years after that.
Haykes has been involved in eight large-scale explorations involving various SCPs.
For a while, he was a part of MTF Zeta-16, though most of his best work has been done alone. At this point, those familiar with him will have three bits of advice: walk directly behind him, if possible; if he points something out, pay attention; if he starts running, run.
Addendum 3-B: Miscellaneous
Tall, pretty fit (good at running), brown hair, brown eyes, mild smile at most times. Gives off a "friendly" vibe, which is usually reinforced when you realize how hard he sucks at bluffing.
