A born native to Australia, Joe Mallard was hired to replace one of the trained technicians at Site 23 following their requisition to Site ██ after the [EXPUNGED] incident. Selected for his skill in many fields, Mallard soon showed to be excellent at repair work, although lacking in certain social skills and not working well with superiors. Despite this, he has been a hard working employee at Site 23 for over a decade.
