Addendum 3-A: Personnel History

Born in Pretoria, South Africa, George Redeker grew up in the waning years of Apartheid. At age 18 he enlisted with the South African Army, serving two years with the 44 Parachute Regiment. Following his discharge, he worked as a mercenary around the African continent until his hiring by a Foundation front.
