Whoever has been sending me metallic samples to analyze should be aware of the immense amounts of time that are being wasted by providing me with false anomalies. I've tried to be professional about this, but I've since been handed the last straw.
The last sample that was provided to me (by some anonymous benefactor, no doubt) seemed truly fascinating at first. On one side were small, almost bubble-like perforations in the surface. However, when I flipped it over to examine the other side, I saw written in Sharpie "Xaties sucks incompetently".
I'm not impressed, and I'm sure our senior staff will not be either.
