Addendum 3-A: Personnel History
Jay Dean was born in Queen City, MO, as the family's oldest son, with 3 younger siblings. Grew up with few friends, instead taking companionship from popular fiction and knowledge of cutting edge technology where he could find it. He would go on to college to earn degrees in several fields, most notably with several in theoretical fields, and a keen interest in how they might come to be applied in the real world. Shortly after receiving his Doctorate in a 2nd field, he was approached by the foundation for his research into weapon-izing various odd bacteria, metals, and mathematical equations.
