Delacroix was a restless young man for quite some time, and sought out jobs that involved blowing things up, making things better, or both wherever he could for several years. After being discharged from the French Foreign Legion in [REDACTED], Agent Delacroix applied to join the Foundation (via a private security company front) as a change of career. His application was denied until he obtained a (questionable) degree in medicine. He is partnered with Researcher Liddell, and has been assigned to Site 23 until needed elsewhere.
