Agent Wilt Maynard came to the Foundation's attention and was transferred to Australia's Site 23 shortly after the successful hacking and product wiring of a considerably well-protected auctioning website that deals with rare and often stolen technology.
Shortly after this incident, Wilt was contacted by the Foundation in hopes of utilizing his knowledge of electronics and craftsmanship, as well as his piloting skills.
He was transferred to Site 23 in hopes of exploiting his technological skills to their full potential.
