Addendum 3-A: Personnel History
Agent Thomason was recruited from Aegis Security in early 2010. Aegis is a small, elite private security firm frequently patronized by individuals working with Marshall, Carter, and Dark. Current intelligence indicates no connection between MC&D and Agent Thomason, but as per standard recruitment protocol, remote monitoring will continue. Prior employment includes a 9-year stint in the United States Air Force as a pathfinder.
Thomason's psych profile shows him to be somewhat of an adrenaline addict - he's quite fond of roller coasters in his off time, and in combat situations he favors high-stakes assaults. Despite this, he isn't unreasonable, merely headstrong. Thomason's stint in the military has ensured an unstinting obedience of orders, even when he believes them to be tactically unsound. Considering his headstrong tendencies, however, current recommendation is that he not be placed in command of a unit indefinitely, to be reconsidered upon his next psychological evaluation.
Agent Thomason's disciplinary record has so far been exemplary, both within the Foundation and in his military and security work. On March 9, 2010, however, he struck a Level 5 Observer (Designation: "Ten") during a non-standard training exercise. O5-10's reaction seemed positive, so disciplinary action has been suspended for now.
