Addendum 3-A: Personnel History
Yves is of European descent, yet has no accent to speak of. Grew up in the southern United States, with a normal family. Graduated his local college with flying colors, though it appears it was simply due to his ability to cheat on every exam without ever being caught, according to his own confession.
Yves soon got into crime. It wasn't until he organized a massive multiple bank heist did he gain the attention of The Foundation, simultaneously using thirty recruited men to rob thirteen banks in a succinct and timely manner. Each man had been trained how to do the job over months in order to minimize the amount of time before the police would arrive, though the police never had a chance to get to any banks with any amount of force that could oppose the mercenaries. Yves has confessed how he performed the crime, stating he used bombs strapped to every man to ensure they wouldn't dissent, then murdering them with the bombs to retrieve the money. However, there is no evidence to this fact, as he has no history nor practice in creating and detonating the explosives he claimed to have used. It is assumed he lied to the men and falsely informed them he could kill them, in order to instill obedience.
Yves has since enjoyed his duties at The Foundation, though is routinely punished for ignoring orders. The requirements of his duties in infiltrating and sabotaging rival groups, such as The Chaos Insurgency, leave him feeling "stifled," or "like a dog on a leash." Claiming such work is easy for him, he is ever-ready to inform his superiors of his abilities and wishes to take on more challenging work.
Official Request that Yves be placed on SCP cleanup duty periodically to ensure he gets a bit more perspective on his role in The Foundation.
